From the Managing Director:

The Office of Institutional Advancement is responsible for all activities undertaken by the institution to develop support among its various constituents, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and friends.

Simply stated, it is both relationship building and fundraising. The work of the Institutional Advancement staff includes supporting enrollment and recruitment functions, Parent Association activities, both internal and external communication efforts and institutional fundraising endeavors.

Some of the anticipated activities of the Institutional Advancement Office over the course of the coming year include the following:


August:  Fundraising Information Card in the Summer mailing
New Parent Welcome Picnic hosted by the Parent Association
September:  Annual Fund mailing
Walkathon solicitation and tracking begins
October:  Walkathon 
Burke Scholar fundraising event
Father / Son Bowling hosted by the Parent Association
Alumni Reunion Weekend
November:  Hall of Honor Induction
December: #GivingTuesday
January:  Alumni Smoker
February:  Mother / Son Dance hosted by the Parent Association
Life-time Learning for Seniors hosted by the Alumni Association
April:  Spring Cash Raffle
Dinner Auction 
May:  Senior Breakfast
Hesburgh Scholar Breakfast
July:  Alumni Golf Outing


In addition, you will see members of the Institutional Advancement team at all open houses, many games, competitions, events, and performances. You and your son will have occasion for many interactions with these members of the Notre Dame College Prep community.
