Tuition

Tuition, not including fees, for the 2012-2013 school year is $9,700.00. A student will not be allowed to sit for semester exams if any financial obligations still remain outstanding at exam time. Any questions with regards to tuition and fees, please contact Jan Marzovillo at 847.779.8698.

Tuition, not including fees, for the 2013-2014 school year will be $9,950.00.

Family Plans

For the 2012-2013 school year, the following tuition discounts will be offered to a family with more than one son attending Notre Dame at the same time: 2nd Son - $850.00, 3rd Son - $1,850.00, 4th Son – entire tuition excluding fees.

For the 2013-2014 school year, the following tuition discounts will be offered to a family with more than one son attending Notre Dame at the same time:  2nd Son - $850.00, 3rd Son - $!,850.00, 4th Son - entire tuition excluding fees.

Fees

Fees for the 2013-2013 school year are charged for student activities, Parents’ Association, technology, student insurance, retreats, graduation and overall school development. All fees are itemized on the tuition statement. For example, the 2012-2013 fees for freshmen, sophomores and juniors total $550.00. The total for seniors, including a $150.00 graduation fee, is $700.00

The fee for the St. Andrew Kim Dae-Gon Scholar Program is $750.00. Housed within the Student Counseling Center, the St. Andrew Kim Dae-Gon Scholar Program is designed to provide international students with an opportunity to experience a faith-based college preparatory education in the United States. The program provides support and assistance to international students who may experience difficulty in school due to language barriers and cultural differences.

Fees for the 2013-2014 school year will be $600.00.  All fees are itemized on the tuition statement. For example, the 2013-2014 fees for freshmen, sophomores and juniors will total $600.00. The total for seniors, including a $150.00 graduation fee, will be $750.00.

Fundraising

The cost of educating each student in 2012-2013 is $12,500.00, while the tuition and fees charged total $10,250.00. The difference between tuition and the cost of education per student is a tuition grant awarded to each student. Funding for this tuition grant is covered through fundraising efforts involving our entire Notre Dame family.

Option 1: Make full payment by July 1 directly to our tuition company, FACTS.
Option 2: Establish a payment plan made available through our tuition company,FACTS.
a. A 4- or 10-month payment plan for the entire amount due;
b. Make a payment to our tuition company, FACTS, by July 1 and obtain a payment plan for the balance.

Financial Assistance

Tuition assistance for the 2013/14 school year may be available for students with a demonstrated need. Financial aid applications will be available January 8, 2013 for online submission to FACTS for the 2013/2014 school year. This year, 2012 W2s and 2011 or 2012 tax returns may be used. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2013.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $15.00 handling charge for checks not honored by the bank.

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws after August 14, 2012 (first semester) or January 8, 2013 (second semester), his family is responsible for the full semester tuition. Fees are not refundable. Whether a student withdraws voluntarily, or is asked to do so by the school, it is understood that all financial assistance, scholarships, grants or other sponsorship monies are forfeited, and therefore not refundable. All financial responsibilities must be cleared with the Business Office before the school will release official transcripts.
