Ways to Request Alumni Transcripts*

*Current students, please request your transcript through Naviance (no fee required).

Email and telephone requests cannot be accepted.

Official Transcripts have the school seal and are signed and dated by the Registrar’s Office. Envelopes for Official Transcripts will be stamped: “UNOFFICIAL IF SEAL IS BROKEN”.

For Official Transcripts:

1. Print the Transcript Request Form from our web page.

2. Complete the Transcript Request Form for each application.

3. Enclose a check or money order for the appropriate amount with the completed request form(s). A $5 fee is required for each transcript request (requests will not be processed without the appropriate fees).

4. Mail the signed request and appropriate fees to the following address:

5. Official Transcripts are signed, sealed, and dated by the Registrar’s office.

6. It is the responsibility of the alumnus to have ACT/SAT or AP test scores sent directly from the testing agency to the institution(s).

For Unofficial Transcripts:

1. Print the Transcript Request Form from our web page.

2. Complete the Transcript Request Form, indicating how many unofficial transcripts are needed.

3. Enclose a check or money order for the appropriate amount with the completed request form. A $5 fee is required for each transcript request (requests will not be processed without the appropriate fees).

4. Mail the signed request and appropriate fees to the following address:

5. Unofficial Transcripts will not have the school seal and are not signed or dated by the Registrar’s Office. Unofficial Transcripts are stamped “unofficial”.
